Machine working mode
The Bone Broth Purifier Machine is driven by an electric motor through a belt drive, which drives the rotating teeth (also known as the rotor) to rotate at high speed relative to the matching fixed teeth (also known as the stator). One rotates at high speed while the other remains stationary. The processed material is pressurized by its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump) to generate a downward spiral impact force. When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth (adjustable gap), it is subjected to strong shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, causing the material to flow through the gap between the rotor and stator and undergo high-speed shear grinding. After grinding, the material flows out of the discharge pipe under the push of the impeller, completing the grinding process.
