Automatic Dry Noodles Cutting Machine

1.Before operation: 

- Ensure that the machine is well-assembled and functioning properly.

- Place the machine on the stable and level ground surface.

- Clean and sterilize the machine to make sure it is free from dirt and contaminants.

- Connect the machine to a power supply and ensure its stable.

2. Setting up the machine:

- Adjust the cutting blades according to the desired size of noodles to be produced.

- Balance the feeding speed on the basis of the desired production rate.

3. Operation:

- Turn on the machine and adjust the speed to a comfortable level.

- Put the dough into the feeding hopper.

- The dough will be pushed by the feeding screw into the machine, then it will be cut into the required shapes and sizes.

- Collect the noodles produced in the collecting tray.

4. Clean and maintenance:

- Close the machine and disconnect it from the power supply.

- Take down the blades and clean with warm water and detergent, then dry and lubricate them.

- Clean the feeding screw and hopper.

- Check and tighten all loose bolts.
