The Almond Shelling Processing Line has 3 machines,it includes three-stage almond shelling machine,separation machine and grading machine.

For three-stage almond shelling machine, almond can be divided into three grades according to size and shelled at one time. It is easy to operate and can fully meet the needs of small-scale fruit processing.

For separation machine,it is mainly used to separate the shells and kernels of different nuts such as hazelnut, peanut, almond, cashew nut, chestnut and so on.There are enough material layers on the screen. When Almond Shelling Processing Line is working, the material layers seems like fish scale keep on vibrating,airflow through logistics layer from bottom to top. Heavy material discharge from the discharge at the top of the mouth, because it is in the lower conveying role by vibrating screen.More and more light materials accumulated in the upper,then flow from the below of the machine.
