Machine features
1.The motor of this Almond Huller Machine is 380V,1.5KW,3Phase;
2. Connect the machine with power supply well. After make sure the crushing roller turn in right direction,adjust the space according to the size of almonds;
3. Don't need to separate the almonds with different size when crushing,the crushing roller crush the larger almonds first;
4. After adjust the space of crushing roller,start the motor,pour the almonds into hopper,the smaller almonds will come out from the exit on first layer,the almonds crushed will come out from the exit on second layer;
5. Then adjust the space of crushing roller smaller,pour the almonds in Almond Huller Machine ,which are not crushed, into hopper.The rest can be done in same manner,repeat in 3-4 times.Then the crushing rate of almonds can be minimized;
6. The screen pieces of vibrating screen on first layer of the Almond Huller Machine can be changed according to the size of almonds,the screen pieces of vibrating screen on second layer needn't to be changed;
7. Lubricate the bearings and chains at regular intervals,fasten fastening bolts.
