Use and maintenance of sausage strapping machine

Sausage binding machine is suitable for all kinds of casing products. Product length can be adjusted according to the need. It is the equipment of small and medium-sized sausage enterprises. It feeds sausages less than 40mm in diameter into a wire strapping machine, adjusts the position and determines the length of sausages to be bundled.
The use of sausage tying machine:
1. Connect the standard air source to the two-piece equipment, and then adjust the air pressure of the sausage stringer to 0.6MPa.
2. Turn on the side switch to turn on the air supply, and then adjust the pressure plate to the desired length.
3. Pass the full sausage through the hole, manually move the sausage to the platen and press the platen, then start bundling the sausage.
4. Move the sausage to the press plate, then press down, and repeat until the whole sausage is tied.
Maintenance of sausage strapping machine:
1. Check and observe the two parts of the sausage stringer. If there is water, it needs to be drained immediately.
2. The chain and sprocket of the machine must be in oil. Oil will be added to the drum base and sliding sleeve.
3. After using the machine, rinse with water and dry with rag.
