Salad Counter Display

2. Set the Temperature: Set the temperature of the salad bar fridge to the recommended temperature for salads (usually between 33°F-39°F).

3. Fill the Containers: Fill the salad containers with the desired salads, dressings, and toppings. Make sure that the containers are properly labeled and have the correct utensils for serving.

4. Restock: Monitor the salads, dressings, and toppings throughout the day and restock as needed to ensure that the salad bar is always full.

5. Clean and Sanitize: Clean and sanitize the salad bar equipment at the end of the day to ensure that it is ready for the next day's use.
